  • review rating 5  Hall Financial did an outstanding job from the beginning to the end of the process. There was constant communication keeping me informed of the process. I appreciate there was no hard selling in getting the loan. My rate on the loan was the best around. Henry and Shannon were fantastic in explaining the process and the documents I needed to close with. I would highly recommend anyone needing a home loan or refinance.

It was a much easier and more transparent process than going to my bank for a loan! I knew exactly where I stood every step of the way and they were fast to answer questions! If you need a mortgage and want it done fast with an elite team than they are the ones to do it.

They succeed in helping us get a refi and we couldn’t be happier! From start to finish, they were communicative, positive and responsive to our every question. They kept us posted on where we were every step of the way. Hall Financial deserves more than 5 stars in our book. Thanks for the great service and know that you will be our first call for future mortgage needs!!

  • review rating 5  Working with Hall Financial for the first time was such a great experience. From start to finish the professionalism was well demonstrated. Nick took the time to explain every detail so very well. The closing time was very quick due to the diligence of the staff. If needed, we would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you.

review rating 5  Chris P. and Abby are the best. We had such a great experience working with Hall Financial. They were very responsive, and provided a Loan Estimate Form promptly so that we could compare their terms with other lenders (which was like pulling teeth with the other lenders). Hall Financial had by far the best customer service, and the lowest closing costs for our situation. Please note that a lot of lenders will do everything they can to avoid sending you an official Loan Estimate Form prior to you being under contract (an accepted offer) on a specific house. You are owed a Loan Estimate Form after you apply with a lender and give them an address and estimated purchase price for a home, that’s all you have to give them. You don’t have to be under contract. Having an official Loan Estimate form is the only way you can strongly compare terms among lenders. We were shocked by how much lenders vary in the amount they will charge you in closing costs. Shop around, even if you are going the FHA route such as we did. If a lender tells you they won’t give you an official Loan Estimate form until you’re under contract, find a new lender.

review rating 5  My experience as a first time homebuyer was amazing. Dan, Chris, and Emma were so helpful throughout the entire process. They always handled themselves with professionalism, timeliness, and clarity. It is often frustrating for people to go through the mortgage process, but they were incredibly supportive and helpful. They were always straightforward and gave me honest feedback. We closed on the home super quick and loved how it was handled. Thanks again for everything!

review rating 5  Chris and Abby were FANTASTIC! I was already in process of refinancing with my current lender when I felt it wasn’t going as well as it should be. I inquired online on a Saturday afternoon and immediately received a call from Chris. He helped me understand my options and had an email with all my questions answered by Saturday night. Less than 3 weeks later we closed. Painless!

review rating 5  We did a cash-out refinance with Henry Do and the team at Hall Financial. The entire process went smoothly, they were great about communicating at each step along the way and we got our cash within 3-4 weeks of first contacting them. Also a great interest rate on the loan. I would highly recommend contacting Hall Financial for anything you need pertaining to mortgage service.
