Job Description

Responsible for helping individual consumers by evaluating and offering financial mortgage options based on the needs of the client.  In this role you must be able to communicate, build rapport and put together a complete loan package meeting the requirement of our wholesale mortgage partners.

Job Requirements

  • Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility for loans.
  • Request specified information from the client.
  • Research lenders to find and recommend the right loan program to help meet their goals and the lender guidelines.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of all loan programs the organization offers to its clients.
  • Ensure loan applications are complete and correct.
  • Return all client inquiry calls/texts/emails within one business day or less.
  • Ensure client privacy, security of files and appropriate team member access.
  • Constantly seek out potential clients through networking with those who can provide referrals, such as real estate companies, existing clients, financial planners and attorneys.
  • Always provide client service in accordance with the organization’s standards.
  • Be an ambassador for the company at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • 2+ years of mortgage experience required.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a mind for numbers
  • Experience with Encompass and Velocify is a plus.

Summary

As an Operations Specialist you would be asked to work in different areas of operations performing various functions critical to assisting files entering the workflow through to closing.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensure the timely and accurate review of loan applications to determine complete documentation, product and investor eligibility and anticipated loan approval
  • Prepare and review critical closing documents for mortgage loans
  • Assemble all the necessary parties in the coordination and communication of all necessary numbers and documents in preparation of the closing date
  • Order and obtain required items needed for the underwriting approval and to close a loan. Works collaboratively with vendors, the client and the Operations and Sales teams to obtain these documents
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 0 – 2 years of mortgage experience preferred
  • Must have knowledge of basic lending, real estate contracts and language
  • Provide excellent customer service in person and on the phone
  • Handle multiple tasks and frequent interruptions
  • Handle stressful situations with calmness and courtesy
  • Communicate at a high level effectively both verbally and in writing

Job Summary

The primary function of the Client Experience Ambassador is to ensure the timely and accurate packaging of all loans originated by our Home Loan Advisors for submission and approval from our wholesale lender investors while providing the highest level of client service.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Gather information and move each file from passing Operations to Clear to Close (CTC)
  • Request specified information from client and follow up on missing items
  • Responsible for ensuring all loan documentation is complete and accurate. Must analyze and verify documents for submission while complying with the investor and Hall Financial’s policy
  • Act as a liaison between borrower, underwriter, Home Loan Advisor, investor and real estate agents
  • Return all inquiry calls in one day
  • Assure all client files are complete and in compliance with regulatory agencies and internal policies
  • Ensure client privacy, security of files and appropriate team member access
  • Clearly communicate with Home Loan Advisors and leadership on the current status of the client’s files
  • Must possess an in-depth knowledge of all loan programs the organization offers to its consumers
  • Be an ambassador for the company at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Must have knowledge of basic lending, real estate contracts and language

The Client Service Specialist opportunity is to engage and re-engage the clients that are obtained through our marketing channels. This position is high energy and focuses on improving the client’s overall experience. We value strong communication and an eagerness to learn.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Communicate with potential clients, who have applied online or called directly. Warm leads only, no cold calling
  • Qualify the client & send their account information to a Home Loan Advisor to process their application
  • Conduct strong client management by ensuring the client is moving along in the process
  • Track success and source of the leads
  • Inform previous clients of changes in the mortgage industry via phone, email or text
  • Hold the Home Loan Advisor responsible for appointments with clients
  • Apply new techniques and sharpen sales skills through daily meetings
  • Assist with any miscellaneous marketing requests or specialized call campaigns
  • Bring a positive attitude and a willingness to get better every day!
  • Bring new ideas to help improve the position and company!
